Aomori is the best apple prefecture in Japan. While many apples are harvested, there is also the problem of food waste such as the peels when fruit is thinned and processed. We are developing a new synthetic leather using this discarded apple peel.
We will send this apple leather, which is kinder to the earth than genuine leather and conventional synthetic leather, from Aomori to the rest of world with the pride and quality of Made in Japan.
In order to make the apple industry in Aomori sustainable, we provide consulting and support for the new apple farmers, product development such as processed products, marketing and event planning and execution.
