appcycle Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) obtains and holds personal information from customers who purchase our products or services and those who view and use Company’s website (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Customers”). (The definition is based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Information Protection Act”)), Company establishes the basic policy to use Customers’ personal information as follows.

(1) If the customer or his/her agent requests disclosure of retained personal data related to personal information of customer and records related to provision of personal data to a third party, Company shall disclose them after carrying out the prescribed procedures such as identity verification: Except for disclosure falls under any of the following items,
